Hotmail code issue

Hola,

Hotmail is requiring us codes to open my usual and dialy account, so why is this happening? And it says that today is the last day to do it.
I need this and other account to use freely.

Who will fix this?

You need to ask this in the Microsoft account, Outlook.com, SkyDrive forum on Microsoft Community.
