off topic - Windows Security Center

Not really sure where this is supposed to go; but, my Windows Security Center keeps turning itself off.
It'll show the little Red shield with the X on it, and I'll double click on it to bring up Security Center and it says,
"The Security Center service is turned off." I'll click on "Turn on now", it will turn back on just fine, and then approximately 3 minutes later it turns itself back off again.
Anyone have any idea how I could fix this?

If you are using Windows Live OneCare, please post back here. It may be that a dependency for the WMI service is broken and needs to be repaired.

Steve, I do have WLOC running. Any ideas as to how I can remedy this particular issue?
