Should I be using CRM Online RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all. Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I have a question. I am using Outlook to maintain a ist of my customers. Can anyone suggest a good starting point for me to get an understanding of CRM Online. I have a high level understanding of the product, but I'm not sure if it is trult aimed art micro businesses - I'm a single person. Secondly, should I be looking at the online version or the install. Again, I'm not a tech wizard, so I'm thinking the hosted option.

    Many thanks all

  • Hi Paul,

Since you are a single person and also not a tech person. My advise would be for you to go for online Microsoft Cloud person.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM online would be very simple to use. You don't have to worry about data safety. Microsoft team on cloud will take care of regular backups.

You also would be investing less on hardware and software for on-premises version (install version). You will be just be paying for only monthly fees depending on the users accessing the CRM.

Microsoft has done a wonderful job with Dynamics CRM 2011 and with it's online version. They have an online free trial. You can register and try the Microsoft CRM 2011 online for free. Microsoft also has many good promotions from time to time. Microsoft is so serious for it's CRM 2011 cloud strategy that it released the CRM online version even before the on-premises version.

There is also abundant material available online to help you out.

Si I think for you it would be a logical and sensible decision to go for CRM 2011 online.

I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.
