Configuring backup RRS feed

  • Hello, I am configuring the backup on a computer that uses Windows XP Home Edition. It's a new install of Onecare. When I click configure it tells me I am not connected and won't be able to make changes, I'm only able to see the current configuration. I am trying to configure it to backup into my external hard drive. I am connected to the internet when it tells me I am not, I am also able to check for updates from onecare without this error. I have been unsuccessful finding help topics for this error, probably because it is something simple to fix! :-) Can someone please advise? This computer is configured as the main computer in the livecare circle and it's the only computer.
