Secure email & CRM web client

Hi,

Is secure email supported by MS CRM 3.0 Web Client? Can it read and display encrypted email using a certificate from the user's PC?

Our customer would like to send emails securely to CRM, because they contain sensitive data.

One of the considered solutions is the S/MIME infrastructure with certificate installed.

The customer uses only the CRM Web browser client for email, not MS Outlook.

Yeah you can send secure email .. you can apply ms crm as https as well

for more see implementation guide and email router guide as well for POP emails.

We already have https, the question is about receiving secure emails from internet into MS CRM.

Secure email works with MS Outlook Client, but not sure if it is supported with MS CRM activities.

In the implementation guide I can;t find anything about S/MIME and the capabilities of the web client for decrypting secure email.
