Random deactivations?

Question
-
So, I've gone through extensive troubleshooting, both on my own, and with Microsoft reps, and the problem still seems to be happening. The problem is that every now and then, windows has gotten into the habit of deactivating itself when I restart my computer. I'll do a restart, and windows will come up with the window requiring me to activate or I can't use windows. No activation methods would work at all, online methods would result in error codes, new product keys came up with error codes.. even the phone method wouldnt' provide me an installation ID to use. Eventually we decided to do a reinstall on windows, not a clean install, and so far, the only thing that it has fixed, is I can now get an installation ID from the phone method, and reactivate windows that way, but still, every now and then, it will still deactivate itself for no apparent reason. Following is results of the diagnostic tool..

Hi,
I'm not sure if you've tried this:
Locate LegitCheckControl.dll in C:\Windows\System32 directory. Delete the said dll file.
Go back to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine then hit validate. It will install the activex again to validate.
See if that will work.
