Can't send invite to new user RRS feed

  • Hello have a new user and in the portal have added CRM.

    Gone to Settings/Administration/Users

    Opened the record for the person

    On Actions Ribbon There is no option to Send Invitation.

    Does this explain why my new user is not seeing the service calendar because I am not able to send them an invitation.

    This user is listed as an Enabled User.
