Hello,

Iam wondering if it is possible to integrate CRM with other programms. I already found out it is possible to connect with mailchimp by this: http://connect.mailchimp.com/integrations/microsoft-dynamics-crm-and-mail-chimp-integration

Now am I looking for a method to integrate it with Personyze http://personyze.com/ and social report http://www.socialreport.com/.

Is there a way to do this? By API? and how?

Hi,

CRM provides a Standard WebService with several methods that allow you to make integrations with other APIs.

- Methods

Just use it as any other webservice.

- Example of Authentication

- CRM 2013 SDK (you will need to use CRM DLLs to provide you the methods you need to call the API Services)

So, to answer your question. Yes, it is possible to Integrate CRM with other platforms.
