How to prevent custom entity records in activity tab on social pane for CRM 2013/2015

  We have define custom entity as an activity entity and also having relation with other Account entity. All the custom entity(define as an activity) records are showing in Activities tab on social pane as mentioned in below screenshot.

  We don’t want to show these records over here, Can we prevent this records from the activities tab on social pane?
