HI All

I am getting error as below on update of user in crm 2011,on update of user a plugin is registered and the plugin is registered to run synchronously.

Unable to Change Domain Logon Name error in CRM 2011.

In the log file showing error as : <Message>Access Denied. Reference number for administrators or support: #1CDA1580</Message>

Autogroup management is set to 1 in registry settings and workstation service is running.

Hi,

Do you get the same error if you turn off the plugin? (trying to find out if it's the plugin or CRM that's complaining)

If i disable the plugin , i am not facing any error.

Then you have to look at what the plugin is doing, your answer is in that code.
