Hi, Terapie.
Yes - you can contact the Microsoft Regional Support Center (MRSC) for Europe in Switzerland. They would help reassign your MCP ID to your new Microsoft Live ID email address. Create a new Microsoft Live ID email address if you don't already have one.
Information below is shown here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/help.aspx#contact-3The contact information for Other countries/regions not listed in Europe is:
Phone Number:
(49) (5241) 179 6057URL for Web Page for European Microsoft Learning Support where you can choose Romania in a dropdown list and fill in a form to ask a question:
https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/emailcontact.aspx?scid=sw;en;1534&ws=officeonlineHint: I was only able to access the page above by using Google Chrome and making sure I was not logged with my Microsoft Live ID account. You can test your Chrome web browser by navigating to http://www.bing.com and making sure your name doesn't appear in the upper right corner of the screen. If your name appears, click it and choose Sign Out. Then test my link above.
Since you found your MCP ID, you may be able to simply email mcphelp@microsoft.com and they would help you resolve this as well.
Before contacting Microsoft, be sure you've already set up a Microsoft Outlook/Live/MSN/Hotmail email account that you will use for accessing your Microsoft Learning resources (transcript, logos, etc.). Be sure you can send emails to/from this account.
Good luck, fellow MCP!
