  • I got this error when I want to create a new user in CRM 2013

    Any suggestion?

  • The error seems clear enough. Either the domain name doesn't exist in Active Directory, or the CRM Server is unable to contact a domain controller to check the name.

    If you enable tracing, you may get a little more information on the cause.

    Is this specific to one user account, or any user account ?

  • Hi Awen,

    You can also try to add users by clicking on multiple Users options. It will get all trusted domains and authenticate user AD Id.

  • Actually the error is not clear at all.  There is no field on the page that says anything about domain logon.
