I have been using Live Writer for my blog for several months on an XP platform. I've just installed windows 7 and re-downloaded writer. The newer version seems to be missing the handy edits I could do when inserting images - such as polaroid and tilt. Am I missing something or are these handy tools lost to me now? Any help would be appreciated.
Dry Rot, The options your talking about rotate is still there.. click on the picture>>[on the right] Advanced>> Rotate..
The Polaroid option is a plug-in ; you'll need to download that from the Windows Live Writer gallery. Here's a link to the main gallery... http://gallery.live.com/results.aspx?bt=9&pl=8
Hope this helps.
