  I keep receiving a message when I turn my computer on that I have a conterfeiting software and I need to download with a Genuine Windows.  When I bought my computer not even a year ago Microsoft was automatically downloaded on my computer.  I went through the questioner on how to find out if you have Genuine software and it came back that I do have Genuine Software but I'm still receiving the message that's it's not.  What do I do to get this fixed?
