You might have mistyped your product key.
If you see a character on your product key that looks like a letter I or number 1, instead use the letter J
If you see a character that looks like a letter O or number 0, use the letter Q.
If it won't resolve the problem. Have a picture of the said product key ready or saved on your computer, then contact support.
