Hard disk space

Question
-
I am suspecting that the Windows OneCare Tuneup defrag does not free up some of the unused disk space. I have an 80gb hard drive and recently ran out of room. This is practically impossible, since the total space I am currently using is about 30gb, including the system. The disk space usage appears to be growing much too rapidly, especially, since the tuneups began running. I would like to know what is going on? Also, is there any way to turn off the degrag in Onecare?

OneCare Tune-up should not be using up any disk space, though it may well not be cleaning up files that should be removed using the Disk Cleanup part of Tune-up.
No, you cannot turn off Defrag in OneCare.
For the disk space issue, contacting support may be the best way to go to investigate what is happening.
