Can't add a computer to my subscription RRS feed

    I used a disk to load the Live One program onto my laptop, and now I'm trying to add my desktop to the circle.  I have loaded it both by using the disk, and then I uninstalled it and downloaded it from the Live One website.  Either way, I keep getting the prompt to subscribe.  I've tried using the product key, and I've tried using the "add another pc" link.  I'm using the same log in name and password as on the laptop (who's subscription is working fine).  I'm LOST.  Can you help?

  • On the PC that is already activated, open OneCare, click on Help/About. It will show the Subscription LiveID that you subscribed with. That is the one you need to activate on the second PC with. If after signing in, it wants you to subscribe, then you are either using a different LiveID on PC2 or you are running the beta of 2.0 on PC1. Confirm that you have an active subscription by going to http://billing.microsoft.com
