  • Our microsoft partner portal admistrator left the job and we have not any access to partner portal. how we change partner portal administrator......

  • You can give administrative privileges to another CRM user by adding the Partner Portal Administrators web role to their user. For detailed instructions, refer to the Partner Portal Functionality and Administration Guide provided as part of the Portals documentation.

  • What Palak is saying is create another contact record for you as a new portal administrator, associate the web role for the partner portal admin to that contact record, then go through the standard invitation mechanism.  When you log into the portal, you should then have the required permissions to manage the content.
