Office 2000 shortcut bar RRS feed

  •   I installed Office 2000 on a PC running Windows XP.  I used the Add/Remove feature to remove Office 2000 prior to installing Office 2007.  Office 2007 didn't work out so I used Add/Remove to remove Office 2007 and I then reinstalled Office 2000.  Now for some reason, I can't get the Shortcut bar to open up.  I click on Start/All Programs/Microsoft Office Tools and there is an option for Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar.  When I click on this option, I get an alert "The Office Shortcut Bar must have at least one Toolbar to run.  Do you want to add a Toolbar now?".  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program from the original CD several times, but I can't get the Shortcut Toolbar to open. 

      I think I have removed the Shortcut Bar File somehow and I don't know how to get it back.  I thought  when I reinstalled the program, the Shortcut File would have been replaced.

      What can I try now?
