Error Message-Win SSUI.exe Application Error

I receive an Error Message every time I go to open Windows Live Onecare that says:
Win SSUI.exe Application Error
the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application.
How can I fix the problem to remove these error messages form recurring?
