No General Hardware Forum?

  I see there is a Hardware section for hardware when using ConferenceXP under Microsoft Research, but there is no Hardware section to discuss motherboards, RAM, PSUs, graphics cards, troubleshooting hardware or problems with them.  Placing it under MVP Windows Client would actually make sense for those of us familiar with normal technical forums.
