    Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and try purchasing again?  If you continue to have problems, can you please contact me at learnmgr@microsoft.com so we can investigate this further?

    I just sent you an email Alicia because I'm having the exact same problem with New Zealand dollars... but cleaning out cookies and cache or using another computer did not fix it. How do I get around this?
