Getting the PCMCIA MTD-0002 - PCMCIA.SYS HOTFIX (KB319326) RRS feed

    Im trying to get the "Hotfix" specified in this KB article.  It indicates to contact MS support but there is no free support on an XP SP3 issue.  Where can I download this specific hotfix since SP3 is already installed?

    Also, the KB article lists a PCMCIA.SYS (2004) that is earlier than the one on my SP3 version installed (2008), so that should have fixed the problem but didnt.

    Also Also, my entire PC has no PCMCIA.SYS file that appears to be needed.  Should it be located in the SYSTEM32 directory?
