    That's a different problem altogether - 'Access Denied'.
    You should ask your question in the MSE Answers forum - and mention what other AV's you had installed previously so that they can advise on proper removal procedures.

    What problem are you having?
    Your installation appears to be properly activated - although the SLIC table is missing, you seem to have properly used the COA Key to activate the OS.
     
    Are you still seeing non-genuine notifications?
