Hi.
1. Please install last windows updates for Windows 11.
2. Please check Windows 11 driver for your printer model. Some old printers are not support by new Windows core or integrated drivers in Windows 11.

Many times we face problems printing. To find and solve the issues, we can run a troubleshooter.

Hi AthenaBarnarda. Thank you for the question. If you want to change the features of your printer (or even the preferences it follows), you can do it in your device's settings. Go to Bluetooth & Devices, select Printers & Scanners or Control Panel (whichever your system follows), then click through Hardware and Sound, and then Devices and Printers. Select the Printer you want to adjust and make your changes. By the way, this is for printers that run on Windows 11. Hope this helps.

I've seen a few posts here recommending you troubleshoot your printer. I agree with what's being said here and I thought I'd give you another way of troubleshooting that works. It's very simple and requires little to no work on your part. To troubleshoot your printer, go to settings then move through the following options: system, troubleshoot, other troubleshooters. Choose the printer option and press 'run'. The program should study your printer and point out anything that's wrong.

I haven't got about "comments and location", screenshot will be helpful.
Everybody here already provided the info where to check printer setting, moreover I recommend to everyone for printers first to look for last version driver exactly to your win system on webpage of the printer manufacturer and not to use the standard drivers from Windows in the mode plug n play even if it displays correctly your model. Driver could be outdated as well
