To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

OK - you have what is presumably a Trial/Starter installation of Office 2010 on your machine?
(MGADiag is blind to all thing Office-2010)
IF it's a trial version, then you have to purchase a license to continue to use Office beyond the trial period.
If it's a Starter version, then only Word and Excel come with Starter edition, and you have to purchase an  upgrade license to be able to use anything else.
The Key on the base of the Laptop is for Windows, not Office - and consequently will not work to activate Office.

Open Word - what EXACTLY appears on-screen? - you may either get the Starter Word application opening, or a request for a product Key, or a request to install the product.
If Word opens - no problem.
If you get the request for a Key, you have a Trial install
If you get the installation warning, then let it complete - it can take a few minutes.
