Porgram not responding message when I try to Sign up for Onecare RRS feed

    I have recently bought a new sony vaio that came with live onecare, I had been using the trial version and my computer ran great but since it expired I use Mcafee for the past three weeks and since then my computer has started to run poorly. I have been trying to get Onecare back but every time I try the program says 'not responding' before it asks me to enter the product key. I have no idea why or how to get around this. Please help!
