Who is being paid to not proofread Fixit web pages?

  E.g., after clicking "Install or upgrade software or hardware", why does #8 at http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/ say:

  Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically

  instead of

  Diagnose and fix problems installing and uninstalling programs automatically

  ???

  I don't need any daggone help automatically installing problems; I seem to be a whiz at finding software - particularly device drivers - that will do that for me.  Now if you did happen to have a program that would automatically and reliably uninstall problems...although the Fixits are getting close, particularly for "newer" non-server operating systems.
