    Hello, I am getting this email (annoyingly)from Microsoft Outlook.  The folder appears to be created automatically by  CRM Dynamics.  I did not create it.  This only occurred when we added the CRM feature to Outlook.  Our consultants (who charge a fortune) don't have a clue.  How do I fix this glitch ridden Microsoft product (other than buy an Apple Mac)?   Thanks, Peter B.

    The name of one or more of your folders includes the character "/" or more than 250 characters. Folders with names that include this character can't be downloaded to your IMAP e-mail program. Please rename these folders:

    • CrmOrgMailboxPrefix02/18/2016_20:58:24 (Tasks/CrmOrgMailboxPrefix02/18/2016_20:58:24)

    I think this error is due to the use of an IMAP email account with Outlook - not sure there is a resolution to this other than not to use IMAP or not to use the CRM client with Outlook
