Unfortunately, you have a non-genuine, counterfeit copy of Windows 7 Ultimate installed. In order to fix this issue, you'll need to purchase a "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install". Genuine Windows 7 software can be purchased from the Microsoft Store.

This is a "white box" (custom built or homebrew) system with an Asus motherboard that is attempting to use OEM_SLP activation. THere appears to be an activation exploit that is attempting to emulate a dell SLIC. If you purchased this computer with Windows installed seek recourse with the vendor. Otherwise you will need to install a legal, licensed copy of an appropriate OS.
