    Hello

    When I restore project in PWA through server settings its workflow is always in its first stage. This is not logical to me. It should be in that stage when it was when I created backup.

    Let me just say that if I restart workflow and set any stage it works just fine (skip to stage is implemented). Is this behaviour by design and workflow must always be restarted when project is restored?

    I believe it is by design. The reason I say that, is when you restore a project schedule, it puts it into the draft database and not the publish.  So to really get it back, it then needs to be publish and go thru all workflow stages to get it back to where it was.  The backup and restore is just for the schedule and does not bring back all the workspace and workflow settings.
