Hi All,
I am getting below error while I am trying to qualify a lead.

THere is no ribbon button customization for the lead button.Any help will be appreciated.

Er, which UR version are you using ? UR 12 has not been released publicly yet. If you do have UR 12 via a beta or pre-release program, then you should address any issues to that program, rather than on a public forum such as this one

Oddly, enough. I just had a former customer who is on CRMOL that is getting the same error message at the form level. From the grid view, the Qualify button doesn't throw any error. But at the form level, it is throwing the exact error above. Customer is using IE10...and just received the UR12 update.

I have also just had a client contact me saying they cannot qualify a lead on CRM Online since Update 12. Am waiting on further details from them but it seems like this is the same issue.

Just heard that MS has revoked UR12. So it is not suggested to go with rollup 12 until future release updates from MS.Wednesday, January 30, 2013 11:48 PM
