Dear Danish,
As I earlier said, it is issue you can resolve using redeployment Tool of ms crm.
Only REdeployment tool.. see in your CRM CD. There is redeployment wizard. In the cd there is documentation.

Dear Danish,
You can install your CRM server on any IIS - windows 2003 server or SBS .
There is no matter to it on one IIS, but after that you need use redeployment tool to move on other machine or server.
If you dont want to use iis, then you need one iis install and other as client - outlook client
For more read CRM Implementation guide of CRM 3. or CRM 4

Hi Ahshan,
You need to use redeployment tool to move your CRM from one IIS to the other. You can find this tool in your MS CRM 3.0 CD. Browse CRM CD and go to "RedeploymentTool" folder. Run this utility and follow the instructions given in following link:
www.informationworker.co.za/Dynamics/
CRM/Shared%20Documents/MicrosoftCRMv3Redeployment.pdf You will have to redeploy your custom reports etc. All required movements and precautions are discussed in this post. Let me know if you get stuck somewhere.
