Fake windows 7 Ultimate from Ebay UK seller

Question
-
Hi
I recently purchased a copy of windows 7 Ultimate on Ebay UK which I am pretty sure is fake , the seller refuses to accept that the goods he sold me are fake.
i have uploaded some photos of the item in question to :
http://www.flickr.com/photos/cyberbeastie
and would be gratefull is someone more knowledgeable could take a look.
The disks are clearly fake and I suspect that the product key is MSDN.

Clearly a counterfeit.
The product ID -067- Indicates a not for resale MSDN account. If you are not the account holder and you purchased this in a retail box, the box and it's contents are counterfeit. Demand an immediate refund from the seller

If you are not the MSDN subscriber to whom the product key was issued you need to purchase a full license copy of Windows. eBay, the Amazon Marketplace, and the discount websites are full of counterfeit copies of Windows 7 that use MSDN product keys. See the video at

Yep – no doubt about it.Claim your refund and also notify eBay, and PayPal (assuming you used them to pay for the software) – also make out a counterfeit software report with MS, as Carey advised

It is a counterfeit box with an MSDN product key. There is no reliable way to purchase licensed software like Windows 7, Office 2010, or Creative Studio 5 on an auction site or from an individual on the internet. Stick to the Microsoft Store or Amazon Corp. All the heavy discounters are selling counterfeits.

I gave the seller the link to this thread , not that it did much good , he has stopped responding to my messages.
I have completed the online piracy report , and have be requested to send the software to :
Microsoft PID Centre
Atrium Building, Block B, Carmen Hall Road
Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18
Ireland.Thanks for all your help.Wednesday, November 30, 2011 1:51 AM -
The seller may be investigating his source for the bogus software you purchased from him.

.... Carey, I can't use the "Counterfeit Software Report" that you suggest (I tried!) because I did not buy anything, I just got a very suspicious email. Microsoft seems to have no way to receive such emails from ordinary mortals - I have been looking unsuccessfully for over an hour for a way to send them the email I got. I need an email address at Microsoft that will let me attach the suspicious email I received, so that Microsoft can decide what to do with it, if anything. PS - I'm very unused to forums, etc. - if I'm overlooking something, I need to be told! ..... 12/3/2011, lunch time already!
