Trial RRS feed

  • Question

I installed the 90 day trial, only to get a 15 day trial.

Then after 2 days computer at risk unless subscribed.

    This is terrible.

Thank you for visiting the Live OneCare program forum. I know this may seem trivial, but please check the date/time settings on your desktop clock, and then make sure it matches your bios clock (do not attempt to troubleshoot the bios if you are not an advanced user). Post back here and let me know how that turns out.

  • This thread describes some additional reasons that the trial might have been limited to 15 days: http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3588838&SiteID=2

  • gr8dad10,

Also, is this your first time downloading OneCare, have you downloaded it in the last 3 months before on this same machine? Have you used your LiveID and Password on this computer (keeping in mind trials don't require that)?
