Reports not generating; are stuck in Queue RRS feed

  • I installed Management Reporter and created a new reports.  When I generate the report, the report enters the Queue but never actually completes.  So I never see the report in the Report Viewer.

    What needs to happen/configure to actually have the report generate?  I did install the application and process service during the initial install.  I can see the Management Reporter process service running in Services (Adminstrative Tools).

    Any suggestions?

     This forum is for beta use only. Since Management Reporter for Dynamics GP released please direct your questions to the partner newsgroups or managed customer newsgroups:

    Often times you may have to restart the Management Reporter Process Service once after install for it to start kicking off reports.
