  u will get a number of plugins with windows media player try to downlaod and install them......it may help u

  the best player to play 3gp or almost any video is VLC player use that u can download it from almost any downloads site.....

  download vista codec pack,, just type vista codec pack in the google search bar u will get a link ,, it is a free codec pack.. install it u can play any kind of format in windows media player itself no need to install third party media players
