Surface Pro 3 - Display themes not working - Background staying black RRS feed

    Does anyone know how I can fix my background?

    It keeps going black and my themes in the personalization screen become un selectable.

    I have done all of the refreshes, and even created a new account/ deleted the first one (worked for about a day and then stopped).

    HELP!

    So frustrating.
