Insufficient access to systems entities RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Few user were able to login to CRM 2011 on-premise  but not able to access entities and they are getting insufficient permissions message. We tried changing the roles and even tried with System Administrator role but nothing worked. 

    Can anyone have idea on this issue? please advise.

  • I figured it out users client access licence is set as Administrative.
