one care RRS feed

I have uninstalled and reinstalled one care. I am still not able to get my virus ware and malware to go green. It says that my subscription expires in 1 day, but in the corner of one care it says my subscription expires in 8/09. What is going on I've not had an automatic update in awhile, so I do it manually. I am frustarted bc I can't find a number to call and talk to a person. What can I do to remedy this problem.

    Thank you,

I think you have something conflicting with the update process in OneCare, causing you to have to do this manually. If you are also getting a message about expiration, yet the actual status in the OneCare screen reflects the correct expiration date, something in the OneCare database sounds like it is out of whack.
