  • Unfortunately, the installed copy of Windows 7 Professional is indeed non-genuine.  The product key belonged to a "not-for-resale" MSDN subscription.  You will need to replace this non-genuine license with a  Genuine Windows 7 Professional – Full Version.

Yes, it is - your license is almost certainly an MSDN-based one which is only available to MSDN (and other) subscribers.
You appear to be running Windows under the Parallels system for MAC's  - such systems require full MS OS licenses.
If you purchased this license then you were sold a counterfeit.
If you got it as part of an MSDN subscription, then you need to contact the MSDN Concierge, who can deal with your problem.
The actual reason for the not-genuine notification is the failure to activate within the 30-day grace period. Have you tried activating at all? What is the EXACT error message when you do?

Oh dear - this site is a fairly obvious fraudster site.
The Contact us page contains a standard 'freeware' photo of a 'customer service rep', and only a 1-866 number for contact, not a real-life address.
The terms and conditions amount to less than I have on my own site (which was as brief as I could possibly make it), and mean absolutely nothing, except that the vendor denies all responsibility for anything once you open the box.
If we actually look at the site's background data....
it's registered through Go-Daddy, and all details of the registrant are hidden - which would be fair enough for an individual, but for a business site, it's a red flag.
it's apparently hosted in Canada by geekhost.ca, rather than in the US (where it would seem to be claiming to operate?).
There is no real evidence that the checkout is secure, and that it goes through proper channels, since the certification authority is not fully trusted..

If you've dealt with this company using a credit card, I suggest that you go through your statements VERY thoroughly to ensure that your identity hasn't been stolen.

Your error message means that it is likely that your Key is an MSDN Key sold fraudulently - and you should demand an immediate cash refund - do NOT accept an alternative key, as it will in all probability go the same way in a very short period.
