Including the ability to clear cache

  Could you please include the ability to clear cache in your up coming windows 10 update. It's a mundane task to uninstall and reinstall apps just to clear the cache. And if it is not too much to ask, an inbuilt cache cleaner would be perfect instead of a third party app. Thank you in advance.
