Couldn't connect to the remote PC

Hi Support,

I have encountered this error message out of suddenly. Formerly I am able to access it all along

Error messages as such:

Couldn't connect.

We couldn't connect to the remote PC. Make sure the remote PC is turned on and connected to the network, and has enabled remote access

Please advice how to resolve it

It's in Windows Server 2012

Make sure , RDP is enabled , Firewall port is open (try to telnet )

try from different source as well as to different destination (to Narrow down the issue)
