Editing Profiles in Activity Feeds RRS feed

  • I recently installed and configured Activity Feeds in our on-premise CRM solution.  I modified the Security Roles for our sales team to allow them to Follow and Post.  I have provided Read access (Organization) and Create/Read/Delete/Append access (User) to Profile Album under Security settings for the Reps' security role.  However, they are unable to edit their What's New profile.  When "Edit" is clicked, the following message pops up:

    What am I overlooking?

  • Try granting the privilege "Append To" on the User entity. In the security role, click on the Business Management tab, and for the User entity, grant Append To privileges.
