SharePoint Virtual Labs VERY slow RRS feed

    I'm find that all of the SharePoint 2010 labs are very slow.  Just opening Visual Studio in the labs is taking a long time.  My mouse clicks takes a couple seconds to register.  The labs abe almost unusable.  Has anyone else experienced this?    Anything I can do about it?

    I don't believe this is an issue with my connection.

    I don't think that there's anything that you can do yourself about it. The virtual lab is running in a virtual machine inside a physical server that is shared with several other virtual machines. Perhaps the server is overwhelmed by the activity in other VMs, or maybe the virtual machine for your lab has limited resources (such as too little memory for the kind of activity that is taking place in that lab). Anyway, only the administrators that set up the labs have control over these factors; there is little that you can do other than sending your concerns to Microsoft through the support channels.
