Hi,
If you using crm 2011 goto settings-->process-->create new select the entity and select workflow.
- Click add step.
- Select Send EMail
- Select create new email
- Enter the from and to email receipts (you can set it dynamically also)
- Save and Activate.
If using crm 4.0 goto settings-->workflows-->select the entity
- Click add step.
- Select Send EMail
- Select create new email
- Enter the from and to email receipts (you can set it dynamically also)
- Save and Activate.
In additional check the checkbox field is selected if selected trigger email else dont trigger.
