Is this the released version 1.6 or the 2.0 beta?
Error 0014 means that it can't download the files needed for the install. Sometimes that is due to a server or network issue, but it is usually due to conflicting software on your end - perhaps a 3rd party firewall, a download manager, parental controls, other security software still installed, or an authenticated proxy server (typical in a corporate environment, means you need to log into a proxy server to access the Internet). You can contact support for help if it persists and the above don't apply in your case.
