How do you change the Windows Live ID of a user?

From the Settings > Administration > Users list, open the detail form for the User you want to change.
There is a button on the toolbar that says 'Change Windows Live ID'.
Note that when the WLID changes, the user will need to be reinvited to your organization.Thanks!
