Hello Milind,
First of all, let's understand the products. Microsoft Dynamics is a family of business software, each offering different features or aimed at different customer segments.
ERP is enterprise resource planning and Microsoft Dynamcs GP, NAV and AX are all ERP products, aimed at small, medium and large organisations respectively. These products were all acquired by Microsoft over the last 10 years, Great Plains, Navision and Axapta, renamed and enhanced by Microsoft. They have lots of features in common and look similar, but are based on very different code-bases. So generally an ERP consultant has expertise in one ERP product. A .NET development background will help, but you may have to learn some new development languages (e.g. X++ for Dynamics AX).
CRM is customer relationship management, and Microsoft has only one CRM product: Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Dynamics CRM was developed by Microsoft, not acquired. It's based completely on .NET technologies so your background will definitely help. I have a list of useful resources for getting started as a CRM professional on my blog: http://customery.co.uk/getting-started.
