There are no OEM_SLP keys available from a MSDN subscription. The "OEM_SLP channel" your report shows is a special distribution channel for "royalty" (large) manufacturers only, and the corresponding keys are delivered with the hardware, not by any other way.

Your computer is using the dell ultimate SLP key but does not contain the correct bios marker, this SLP activation will not work.
It also appears that something has corrupted key activation and system files.
File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\sppcomapi.dll[hr = 0x80070714]
File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\systemcpl.dll[6.1.7600.16385]
File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\en-us\user32.dll.mui[6.1.7600.16385]
And that WAT caught it and flagged your system as non genuine.

To fix this installation you will need to remove any activation exploits and enter a valid windows 7 key, either the COA key from the bottom side of your computer that matches your version or, if as I suspect that is a vista key you will need to purchase a valid windows 7 license and insert that key is the system properties>activation status>install new product key.- Proposed as answer by Carl Stephens Tuesday, March 16, 2010 1:43 PM

Hi,
thanks. How do I do that?

I've got a genuine (MSDN) key for windows 7.

I hope that that key is from an msdnaa account.
To remove the activation exploit you would need to know what was used and follow the uninstallation instructions. I am not going to tell you where to go to find that, if you installed it yourself then I suggest uninstalling it, if a "helpfull' friend did it then ask them to remove it. If you installed of a copied disk or a preactivated disk then folow the download link that came with you MSDNAA key for windows professional and download it, reinstall windows and activate.

Hi,
thanks again.
I installed it from the genuine msdn subscription site. I didn't do any hacks or something...nor a friend :-). It's all legal stuff that I use.

OK, You have the answers for fixing the SLP problem and you are aware of the file mismatch issues. If you can't get it genuine at this point I would recommend reinstalling and use the MSDNAA key to install.

I wasn't going to debate that with him. He probably should have stopped at the previous post and left well enough alone. To the OP, if you recieved that key (the one from the report) from any site claiming to be selling windows keys then you got scammed, turn it in to MS.Tuesday, March 16, 2010 3:04 PM -
What do you see under the activation section in system properties (hit win-key and Pause key at the same time to bring it up, or find it in the control panel)
The activation section is at the bottom, what do you see.Tuesday, March 16, 2010 8:21 PM -

You are replying to a two year thread. You already told you have a bogus ultimate. tagging on to old posts won't help you.
